Information you give us

When you submit our Contact form or Pre-Application, or book a call, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and details about your financing needs — for example the type of loan, estimated loan amount, property location and type, timeline, credit range, number of investment properties owned, and (optionally on the pre-application) annual income. You only share what you choose to enter.

Chat assistant

If you use our AI chat assistant, we process the messages you type in order to respond. Conversations may be stored in our database to improve responses and follow up on your questions. The assistant is intended for general information only, and the widget asks you not to share sensitive personal or financial information (such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, or full financial statements) in the chat.

Automatically collected information

Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information — such as your browser type, device type, general location, and how you navigate the site — through privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics. We use a small amount of browser storage as described in “Cookies & Local Storage” below.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and follow up about financing options

We do not use your information to make automated lending decisions through this website. Any loan is subject to a separate application and underwriting process.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the site and serve you, including with the following categories of service providers:

• GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management (CRM) and scheduling platform. Contact form, pre-application, and calendar-booking details are sent to GoHighLevel so we can follow up with you.
• Groq — the third-party provider that powers our AI chat assistant. Messages you send to the assistant are processed by this provider to generate responses.
• Vercel — our website hosting and analytics provider, which processes technical and usage data to serve and measure the site.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Rich Investor Capital or others, or in connection with a business transfer. If you proceed with a loan, additional information sharing (for example with lenders, investors, or settlement providers) will be described at that stage.

Our market data (such as interest-rate trends) comes from public sources including the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) service. We do not send your personal information to those data sources.

Our analytics are designed to be privacy-friendly and are essentially cookieless — they do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Our chat assistant stores a small amount of information in your browser’s local storage — a conversation identifier and a few engagement flags — so your chat session works correctly and the widget doesn’t repeatedly prompt you. This information stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and how it performs. These tools are designed to protect visitor privacy, report data in aggregate, and operate without the cross-site tracking cookies used by many advertising analytics products.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Chat conversations are retained to support and improve the assistant. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

You control what you share with us. You can choose not to submit a form or use the chat assistant, and you can clear your browser’s local storage at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing.
